These are legal terms and conditions related to the GEO Exclusive program.
Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Terms") for GEO Exclusive. These Terms are between you and Indian Tigers Sports Company Private Limited and/or its affiliates ("GEO" or "Us") and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of the SportsGEO.com website and subscription to GEO Exclusive membership are also governed by the agreements listed and linked to below, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the SportsGEO.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. If you sign up for a GEO Exclusive membership, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements.
We sometimes offer certain customers trial or other promotional memberships, which are subject to these Terms except as otherwise stated in the promotional offers. SportsGEO.com will notify members at the end of the promotional period and on its expiration, customers will get the option to make a purchase of the GEO Exclusive membership and continue their GEO Exclusive benefits.
The annual membership fee for GEO Exclusive is stated in the GEO Exclusive section. From time to time, we may offer different membership terms, and the fees for such membership may vary. The GEO Exclusive membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. Taxes may apply on either or both of the membership fee and the reduced shipping charges for GEO Exclusive. By signing-up for GEO Exclusive membership, you confirm that you are a resident of India. You cannot use a credit or debit card issued outside India to pay for the membership fee for GEO Exclusive. You cannot pay for membership fee for GEO Exclusive using COD/Cash on Delivery. Paid GEO Exclusive membership only becomes effective upon successful authorization of payment made through the SportsGEO.com website.
GEO Exclusive benefits depends upon inventory availability, order deadlines, and the delivery address. They are limited to certain products sold on the SportsGEO.com website. Products eligible for GEO Exclusive will be designated as such on their product pages. Some special product, order, handling fees, and/or taxes may still apply to eligible purchases. If only some items in your order are eligible for GEO Exclusive, you will pay applicable shipping charges for the ineligible items. Changing or combining orders, or changing your delivery address or preferences might affect GEO Exclusive eligibility. Certain purchases may only be entitled to standard shipping because of their size, weight, and other shipping characteristics.
We may also exclude products with special shipping characteristics at our discretion. The GEO Exclusive section provides information about eligible items, shipping cost, shipping speed, and shipping destinations.

Your paid GEO Exclusive membership will be activated only on successful payment for GEO Exclusive membership made through the SportsGEO.com website.
You may cancel your Paid GEO Exclusive membership any time by sending us an email at care@sportsgeo.com. Any Membership fees paid towards GEO Exclusive program is purely non-refundable.
We may in our discretion change these Terms, SportsGEO.com's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or any aspect of GEO Exclusive membership, without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. Your continued membership after we change these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
We may terminate your GEO Exclusive membership at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we will give you a prorated refund based on the number of full months remaining in your membership. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the GEO Exclusive membership, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
IN ADDITION TO OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN SPORTSGEO.COM'S TERMS OF USE, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO GEO EXCLUSIVE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE LAST MEMBERSHIP FEE YOU PAID. THESE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR GEO EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP.
